Share Your Details – Pop in your address, choose how you’d like to pay, and we’ll keep it safe and secure.

Confirm & Smile – Double-check everything, hit confirm… and that’s it!
We’ll send you an instant confirmation email, then you just sit back while we lovingly pack your pods and send them your way.

When will my order reach me?
We get it — waiting for something exciting can feel like forever. So, we try to get your pods to you as fast as possible:

Processing & Packing: 1–2 business days after your order

Other Locations: 5–8 business days after dispatch

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link so you can follow your pods as they make their way to you.
What if I need to return or exchange my order?
We want you to love every sip. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to fix it:

Return Window: 7 days from delivery

Conditions: Pod packs must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging with all tags and seals

If Damaged or Defective: Let us know within 24–48 hours with photos — we’ll replace it or give you a full refund, fuss-free
